That's a shame, but it happens! You have 14 days after delivery of the work to let us know. We will organize and cover the costs of the return. You will be refunded once the artwork has been returned.
Contact us as soon as you notice the damage. Take photos to show us the current state of the work and we will make a decision together.
According to the extent of the damage, we can either repair the work, or you can return it and you will be refunded. ArtSTAC covers the costs of repair and transport in case of damage during delivery.

The works are packaged by our specialist of delivery and take care to make sure the work is properly protected. Painting is shipped in custom made plywood box.
After the payment has been processed, delivery takes 2-3 days on average, which leaves time for packaging and shipping.
Depending on the destination and the size of the work, we use delivery company DHL.
Gaston Coppens, trained in sculpture at the Ecole Boulle, is very early on oriented towards drawing, particularly lead pencil and pastel, whose graphics bear the characteristics of his training: volume, architecture, relief and harmony.
He set up his workshop in Boulogne-Billancourt and regularly participated in many exhibitions: Salon des Independents, the Society of Mountain Painters, the National Society of Horticulture of France. etc.
Several galleries have devoted personal exhibitions to him and first amongst them the prestigious Bernheim-Jeune gallery (gallery devoted to the Impressionists, Renoir, Cézanne, Matisse …), but also the Royal Gallery and the picturesque Gallery.
