How do you choose the artworks available for sale?

We select our artists, and they artworks for sale. 


How do I buy art on ArtSTAC?

To buy an artwork, you have to click on the button « Buy » which is found on all artwork pages. You will then be redirected to your Cart. Once you have clicked 'Proceed', we will ask for your details to organise delivery, and then ask you to choose your method of payment (card, Paypal, or call us for bank transfers). Once the payment has been processed, you will receive confirmation from our payment processor, Stripe.


What happens once the payment has been processed?

Once the payment has been processed, the artwork is reserved for you! We will contact you right away to confirm delivery times (delivery takes approximately 2-3 days). Together we will arrange the best day for delivery to the address you provided.


What are the accepted methods of payment?

All credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express etc.), Paypal and bank transfer.


Artworks are shipped from the artist studio our from ArtSTAC Warehouse?

All artworks presented at www.artstac.com from our warehouse and we ship direct from our warehouse with DHL Express. Delivery times 2-3 business days worldwide.


Are the artworks available as prints?

All the works on ArtSTAC are original artworks; they are not reproduced and further editions are not published by the artist.


Is a certificate of authenticity provided?

All artworks for sale on ArtSTAC come with a certificate of authenticity.


Do I have to pay for the Art Advisory service?

Not at all - it is a key part of our mission to introduce collectors to new artworks. I want to give art as a present but I don't know what to choose. What can I do? It's a great idea to give art as a gift! The best options to help you give a unique gift: we can talk about the person you want to give art to, and think about what they like and what would suit their home. Then we can offer you a personalized selection within your budget.


Is the image on the site an accurate representation of the artwork?

The image is an accurate depiction of the artwork, but it has no contract value. We can send you additional images on request. If the artwork you ordered is not what you expected, we are incredibly sorry. You have 14 days to return the work after its delivery.


Can I cancel my order?

Of course. Before the work has been shipped, you can cancel your order by email. Once it's been shipped, the cancellation period begins 14 days after delivery. If the work has been shipped, we will only refund you once the work has been returned to the artist in its original condition. 

Shipping & Delivery

How are the artworks packaged?

The works are packaged by our specialist of delivery and take care to make sure the work is properly protected. Painting is shipped in custom made plywood box.

How long does delivery take?

After the payment has been processed, delivery takes 2-3 days on average, which leaves time for packaging and shipping. 

Who takes care of the delivery?

Depending on the destination and the size of the work, we use delivery company DHL.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver everywhere, or in any case all countries that our delivery companies operate in! Any concerns? Do not hesitate to contact us, as we will be able to find a solution for delivery - even if you live on a desert island!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are included in the price, regardless of destination.

Is the delivery of the artwork insured?

Absolutely! ArtSTAC organises and insures the transport of the artwork. You have nothing to worry about and there are no hidden costs.
