That's a shame, but it happens! You have 14 days after delivery of the work to let us know. We will organize and cover the costs of the return. You will be refunded once the artwork has been returned.
Contact us as soon as you notice the damage. Take photos to show us the current state of the work and we will make a decision together.
According to the extent of the damage, we can either repair the work, or you can return it and you will be refunded. ArtSTAC covers the costs of repair and transport in case of damage during delivery.

The works are packaged by our specialist of delivery and take care to make sure the work is properly protected. Painting is shipped in custom made plywood box.
After the payment has been processed, delivery takes 2-3 days on average, which leaves time for packaging and shipping.

Franck Innocent was born on November 20th 1912 at Sahurs. He worked with the painter Marcel COUCHAUX, who was a student of Delatre too and a friend of Monet and Picasso and the leader of Ecole de Rouen.
Franck Innocent canvases began with a knife, he then worked the dough with very long brushes. Franck Innocent sometimes confessed that he had not been able to go back to the subject, he preferred to paint with more spontaneity. In 1936 he made his first exhibition in Rouen, Legrip Gallery.
In 1953, he met at Honfleur, Andre Warnod critic of Le Figaro who will support him in Paris. Curiously this career will begin with a group exhibition in the famous gallery Bernheim Jeune Gallery, during all life he made regularly exhibition at Bernheim Jeune Gallery. Bernheim-Jeune gallery is one of the oldest art galleries in Paris represented the most famous Impressionist Artists: Claude Monet, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Bonnard, Cezanne, Kees van Dongen, Dufy, Innocent, Modigliani, Utrillo. Opened on Rue Laffitte in 1863 by Alexandre Bernheim (1839-1915), a friend of Delacroix, Corot, and Courbet, it changed location a few times before settling on Avenue Matignon. It is still managed by members of the same family.
