That's a shame, but it happens! You have 14 days after delivery of the work to let us know. We will organize and cover the costs of the return. You will be refunded once the artwork has been returned.
Contact us as soon as you notice the damage. Take photos to show us the current state of the work and we will make a decision together.
According to the extent of the damage, we can either repair the work, or you can return it and you will be refunded. ArtSTAC covers the costs of repair and transport in case of damage during delivery.

The works are packaged by our specialist of delivery and take care to make sure the work is properly protected. Painting is shipped in custom made plywood box.
After the payment has been processed, delivery takes 2-3 days on average, which leaves time for packaging and shipping.

Frédérique Augustine Louise Heyne, known as Frederique Vallet-Bisson (April 29, 1862 - November 25, 1948) is a French painter, known for her spectacular portraits.
Frederique Vallet-Bisson joined Julian Academy where she was a student of Jules-Joseph Lefebvre.
In 1879 Frederique Vallet-Bisson met in Montmarte Cafe Lapin Agile Pierre - Auguste Renoir, they spent few years together and Renoir made a biggest influence in her Art Style. In 1880 they got a dauther ad give her a name Lucienne.
Member of the Society of French Artists, she is also Vice President of the Union of Women Painters and Sculptors in the early twentieth century.
Her works are exhibited in 1890 and 1945. Also exhibited at the Chicago World's Fair in 1893. Very productive, she is very often mentioned in the arts magazines (The Illustrated World, The World artist, etc.) .
He painting "Le Départ" appears in the book Women Painters of the World in 1905
