The sales conditions apply to the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of goods between the clients (hereinafter referred to as the Client) of Louise Foundation MTÜ online store and Louise Foundation MTÜ (hereinafter referred to as artstac.com).
In addition to these conditions, legal relations arising from the purchase of products from the artstac.com online store are regulated by the legal acts in force in the Republic of Estonia.
Artstac.com reserves the right to make changes to the sales conditions and sales prices. These changes are reflected in the artstac.com website.
ORDERING
After the goods are selected, the product/products must be added to the shopping cart.
You can see the shopping cart by clicking the “Shopping cart” button on the heading of the homepage and moving on to the shopping cart page.
In the shopping cart, you will see the list of all the products added there, and the desired quantity (pcs) and the price will be displayed for each product. Also, the total cost of the shopping cart.
To start the order, click on the button “Make a purchase,” which will take you to the cashier’s page.
To complete the order, please fill in the data necessary for delivering the package. If you want to send a package to someone else – for example, as a gift, we ask you to activate the delivery to another address and enter the data of the recipient of the package.
If you confirm your order, you will receive an order form, which can be paid immediately by bank link, PayPal, credit card or bank transfer.
We post your products after you have paid the invoice. Completion of the package takes up to 4 business days and will be posted to the specified address.
The e-mail address provided by the person placing the order grants artstac.com environment the right to periodically issue newsletters about novelty products.

In the artstac.com online store, we offer the following options for paying for your purchase:

In Estonia: Swedbank, LHV, SEB.
On the confirmation of the order, an order form is displayed on the screen. To pay with the bank link, click on the Maksekeskus icon. We accept euros for paying. A copy of the order will also be sent to your email address in case you want to pay for the order later.
Bank transfer
On the confirmation of the order, an order form is displayed on the screen.
Paypal/Credit Card
For confirmation of the order, you will receive notifications according to the established rules by Paypal
A copy of the order will also be sent to your email address immediately.
PRODUCT PRICE
All prices in artstac.com’s online store include VAT at 20%. Prices are displayed in euros (€).
Prices are valid from the time of completing the order up to the expiry of the due date of the payment for the completed order (7 days after the order was completed).
If the order has been submitted before changing the terms of sale or prices, the legal relations between the Client and artstac.com will be subject to the terms valid at the time when the order was completed.

TRANSPORT
The price of the transport will be added to the purchases according to the chosen delivery method of the Client:

Goods will be shipped to the shipping address entered by the customer.
THE PROCEDURE OF DELIVERY AND SENDING OF GOODS
After the entry into force of the contract of sale (after the payment for the order by the Client), artstac.com will assemble the order and hand it over to our logistics partners for delivery.
As a rule, orders placed and paid on workdays before 15.00 will be received within 7 workdays in Estonia. Packages posted outside of Estonia will arrive depending on the terms of the delivery method chosen, a maximum of 30 workdays. If for any reason the shipment is delayed, artstac.com customer support agrees with the Client for the appropriate delivery time.
The delivery terms shown above apply from the time of payment of the order.
In order to ensure delivery without delay, please be careful when entering delivery details when ordering.
Shipments damaged during transport, where products, but not product packaging, have been damaged, will be replaced for the client. In the event of the impossibility of replacement, we will propose compensation for damaged goods.
artstac.com is not responsible for the delay of delivery of goods if the goods have been handed over to the logistics partners in due time for the day of delivery promised to the Client, but the delay of delivery is due to circumstances that artstac.com could not influence or anticipate.
PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information of the client that has become known while visiting the artstac.com online store and making purchases will be treated as confidential information. The encrypted data communication channel with banks ensures the security of the purchaser’s personal data and bank details.
artstac.com applies all precautionary measures (including administrative, technical and physical measures) to protect the personal data of the client. Access to data editing and processing is restricted to authorized persons.
The Merchant is the controller of personal data, the Merchant will forward the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the authorized processor to the artstac.com.
RIGHT TO RETURN AND WARRANTY
The goods purchased from artstac.com web store are subject to a 14-day right to return from the receipt of the goods. The right to return has been created to ensure that the sent goods correspond to the order.
·Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging.
·To return the goods, an application must be submitted to us at art@artstac.com within 14 days from the receipt of the goods.
·Return of the goods takes place at the expense of the client and, in this case, the original transport fee is not reimbursed (unless returned goods are not in accordance with the order).
·When returning the goods, the purchased product/products must be returned immediately, but not later than within 30 days.
·Money for returned products will be reimbursed to you immediately, but not later than within 30 days.
The consumer’s right to return is set out in legislation.
The deadline for complaints is 30 days after the order is posted.
